3. Suppress anger

4. Yoga

Yoga is a healthy activity that comes from the word yuj which means connecting or union of the soul with the Supreme Spirit. This activity has various parts, namely yama, ni yama, asanas, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, and samadhi. Posture and breathing arrangements, or asanas and pranayama, are the most widely practiced yoga. Though, the parts that have been mentioned can be done simultaneously. Like the way in the previous point, yoga is also beneficial for a  healthy body and mind.

5. Bask in the morning sun

Based on the beliefs of the Balinese who embrace Hinduism, the sun is the source of life. For this reason, many holy ceremonies are performed before the sun blazes, at 6:00 to 11:00 AM. According to health science, the morning sun contains vitamin D which can nourish the body.
