Beji Sangsit Temple

Pura Beji Sangsit was built to worship Dewi Sri, or the Goddess of Fertility in the belief of Hindus. Aside from being a place of worship, this temple is also famous for its unique architecture. The design of the building looks very symmetrical when viewed from a certain angle. Not only the design, but there is one more thing that becomes the attraction of the Beji Sangsit Temple, namely the existence of two human statues that are said to be Dutch citizens. The two statues are seen holding a fiddle and guitar.

To get there, you have to travel approximately 8 km from downtown Singaraja. Going there on weekdays or weekends is not a problem. The important thing is that you have to dress modestly and don't say rude words while you are there. So, people who are worshiping will not be disturbed by your presence.
