Meet the Dolphins

Lovina Beach is located in the north of Bali Island, west part of Singaraja. Lovina Beach has shiny black sands. Derived from a volcanic dust from the nearby eruption. Not only famous for its black sands, Lovina Beach also has a friendly group of dolphins who’s not afraid with humans. You can go to the middle of the sea by Jukung (boat), while relaxing under the morning sunrise and the fresh air. Sit tight and enjoy your ride. Jukung will head to the usual playing spot of the dolphins.

In the middle of the sea, get ready to see a herd of dolphins showing off their beautiful jumping action. But you have to wait patiently, because these marine mammals don’t appear to the surface everytime. You have to wait until a group of dolphins start jumping, and usually there will be another group of dolphins that come to the surface after that. To be able to see this extraordinary moment, you must wake up very early. Even better if you arrive in the middle of the sea at around 6.30 or 7.00 AM. Because you will take a 30-minute jukung ride to get to where the dolphins appear.

Bring your own snacks to be enjoyed while you’re on the way. Don't forget to fill your stomach first, so you don't get seasick. Remember not to throw garbage or anything into the sea. We have to love our nature and environment so that the ecosystem is maintained. Also, don’t give any food to the dolphins. Let them eat their natural food in their habitat. You should come only as an observer. So, don't forget to bring an action camera to capture this unique moment.
