Everybody loves playing water. It’s fun and relaxing! That’s why there are so many tourists come to Bali, only to visit the exotic beaches and its beautiful waterfalls. However, some of you may want to try something else that’s different than usual. Well, how about playing water in a hot spring? It’s fun, but also beneficial for your health.

Banyuwedang Hot Water 

There are several hot springs in Bali, but Banyuwedang Hot Spring is one of the must-visit places. It’s located in Pejarakan Village, Gerokgak District, Buleleng Regency. If you depart from Ngurah Rai, you have to drive for about four hourse. It’s quite far from the airport, so you can stay around Singaraja City first.

But once you get there, all your muscles will relax. This hot spring can also cure some diseases, such as skin and rheumatic, because it contains sulfur. Even though the smell of sulfur is rather stinging, you will still enjoy the warmth of the hot spring with a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. 

You can visit the Banyuwedang Hot Spring from 07:00 WITA to 21:00 WITA. It’s open everyday, except on Nyepi. Anyway, the hot spring is located near the West Bali National Park. So, it would be fun if you soak yourself in a hot water after exploring the park, right? 

This hot spring is quite unique, because it is located on the beach and surrounded by mangrove forest. So, you can watch the beautiful natural scenery of the sea and the green plants from the hot spring.  

Facilities available at the Banyuwedang Hot Springs are quite complete. There are parking lot, food stalls, toilets, and changing rooms. Besides public pool, there are also private pool that can be rented if you want a private atmosphere. Guaranteed, you will immediately be swept away in a calm, relaxed atmosphere. 

If you plan to come, don't forget to bring a change of clothes! You should also bring your own toiletries. For security reasons, keep your valuables items well so that your vacation is comfortable.
