Many people think that it’s hard to find any water resources in the dry island of Nusa Penida. But surprisingly, you can! There are some water natural springs in the island. However, most of the springs stream down at the edge of cliff. That’s why, it will be quite challenging to get there. If you love rock climbing, this place would be perfect to spur your adrenalin. Located at Banjar Guyangan, Batukandik Village, Guyangan water spring serves exotic view of the blue Indian Ocean. It’s situated exactly in front of Manta Point, one of the best diving spot to meet the famous giant Manta ray. Anyway, you can get there by bike, motorcycle, or car and stop at top cliff. After that, you must climb down 20-meter cliff, which is connected by more than 700 wooden and iron stairs. You will also cross a small bridge on the valley. Can you imagine the beauty? Yep! But remember, some route can make you scared. Where you have to hold on to the wall, while the sound of big waves crash to the cliff. So don’t forget to always watch your steps.
Need a little bit of effort and courage to get there. But when you arrive, it will be all completely paid off by the wonderful view of the ocean, adorned with the sound of the waves. After enjoying the great panorama, you can soak your body and swim in the big pond. You’ll feel the fresh water to make you relax.
