5 Kinds Of Easy To Find Vegetarian Foods In Bali.

1. Jukut Urap

The cooking process of Plecing Kangkung is quite simple. Boil young water spinach leaves and then given an onion chili or chili sauce. 3. Tipat Cantok

The composition of Tipat Cantok is ketupat and vegetables with pulverized peanut sauce. Tipat is made from rice wrapped in coconut leaves, then boiled until cooked. Tipat cut into pieces mixed with boiled vegetables. Sambal from the mixture is made from peanuts, garlic, orange leaves, and other herbs. 4. Serombotan 

This vegetarian food menu can be found around Klungkung. Consists of sprouts, long beans, spinach, kangkung, and round eggplant. Long beans, spinach, and sprouts are boiled before mixing with Serombotan. Sambal made from finely ground peanuts mixed with garlic, chili, salt, a little chili sauce, and Balinese brown sugar. Before serving, it is mixed again with soybeans that have been boiled in a round eggplant that has been cut into pieces.


5. Entil Ketupat 

Still, with the main ingredients of ketupat, you can find it easily in Tabanan. Entil is a vegetable made from long beans, kidney beans, and tempeh. The vegetable mixture is boiled and mixed with coconut milk.
