In Tabanan, Blemantung Waterfall can be your your chance in experiencing close-to-nature activity. Located in Pujungan Village, Pupuan Sub-district, Tabanan Regency, the distance from the center of Tabanan is around 48 km and 70 km from the city of Denpasar. It takes around two hours driving to reach the waterfall. From Denpasar, please drive to Tabanan or Gilimanuk first, then go along Denpasar-Gilimanuk highway towards Pujungan Village.
Some direction's board will be found near Blemantung Waterfall, specifically on the right side of the road. From there, please turn right and follow the unpaved road. About 1.4 km away, you will arrive at a bridge with uphill roads. Park your vehicle in the parking area near the bridge and take a walk to the waterfall.
You have to walk about 400 m through the cemented path so your trip will be much easier to reach the waterfall. In fact, on the left and right sides of the stairs are also equipped with handles. While walking, you will pass a coffee plantation belonging to the surrounding population. For your information, this area is well known as one of the best coffee producers in Bali. No wonder, the aroma of fragrant coffee beans will accompany your journey to the waterfall.
Blemantung Waterfall is not too high, it is only about 50 meters height. But, the water falls in a quite heavy way and hit the uneven cliffs around it. Around the cliffs are overgrown with lush vegetation making the situation more natural and stunning. You can feel the surrounding air that is still fresh because of its coolness and the water is cold as well. Test the freshness of the waterfall by soaking in a natural pool below the waterfall.
